INTERNATIONAL STUDIES MAGNET PROGRAM

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

When selecting students for the International Magnet Program at Sunset Elementary, the following criteria will be used:

·        Children must be six on or before September 1^st in order to be eligible to enter first grade.

·        Satisfactory completion of entry test for first grade applicants or foreign language proficiency test for second through fifth grade applicants.

·        Report card of student  satisfactory academic grades, conduct grades and attendance record.

·        Satisfactory recommendation of teacher (Student Profile Form).
